What a lovely place and location. You're right in the thick of Trastevere! The staff was very friendly and accommodating for our travel plans. Breakfast is a nice touch and the patio area was a nice place to sit an unwind after walking all day. The Piazza is close so it can be a bit noisy, but honestly, we loved to just have the window open and hear the crowd. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the perfect charming hotel stay if you prefer a small, quiet hotel with a helpful friendly staff, close to all the sites and culture of Rome. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to lay our heads after two magical days, especially for the price.

We stayed at the apartment. The place was amazing and we enjoyed our time and the staff's kindness! Just the noise from a church bell nearby can get exhausting, as it plays every 15 minutes including the night.

Fantastic value. In the heart of the vibrant Trastevere. Super staff: very helpful and pleasant beyond words. One caveat- if you're in a separate apartment, as I was, be aware there's an adjacent restaurant that is active to midnight but the apartment is large and the stocked fridge more than makes up for any noise "issue."

Great staff!

Location was good, but staff was great. They were really kind and helpful guiding us, sending recommendations, even accommodating late breakfast and checkout. Can be a bit noisy at night.

The property itself was very cute and quaint. The room, very small but was indicative of the surrounding area. The area around was very lively with people and music. We could walk to anywhere and there were lots of restaurants to chose from. My only issue was we had issues with hot water, but the caretaker I wish I could remember her name was absolutely AMAZING!!! she tried to get it fixed right away calling a plumber. Overall I would give this experience a 4.5 ⭐️⭐️🌟🌟💫 only because of not having hot water at the times we did not have it. I would stay here again due to the convenience and the ambiance and how cute and very clean and comfortable the establishment was, and how amazing she was.

Villa dela Fonte was such a wonderful choice to stay in the charming and lively Trastevere area! The decor was beautiful, rooms clean, bed comfy, breakfast was delicious and we loved sitting on the rooftop at the end of a long day of site seeing. Giulia, Mihaila, Alisha and the rest of the staff were incredibly kind, courteous and the most hospital. They did everything possible to help make our stay memorable! We loved everything and hoped to come back sooner rather than later! Grazie Mille!

We enjoyed our stay here! We stayed in the apartment adjacent to the hotel and thought it was classy and cute. The breakfast was delicious and the patio space we ate it on was amazing. There's also a rooftop terrace that we had pizza and wine on multiple nights because it was so nice. The staff were all extremely accommodating and sweet. They made sure to stock their fridge with a non-dairy milk so that they could make me an oat milk cappucino for breakfast each day. Giulia even helped us make calls to public offices (we don't speak Italian) when my mom's phone was stolen on a bus. Others who stayed here found the noise of the restaurant below the apartment to be annoying, but for us the AC drowned out all of that noise and we slept well The staff also provided earplugs, but we didnt need them. Only downside for us was the smoke smell that entered from the people smoking outside.

We stayed in the apartment at Villa Della Fonte for 3 nights, and couldn't be more happy with our experience. The apartment was spacious and comfortable with tons of character, the breakfast provided was varied and delicious, the service was excellent (thanks so much Simone!), and the neighborhood was amazing with tons of nearby dining options, piazzas and other places to explore. Would definitely recommend Villa Della Fonte to anyone traveling to Rome.
