I can not say enough good things about my stay. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, kind, and accessible. Messaging the front desk directly on WhatsApp made for easy communication and quick response time. The property was very clean and well managed. The AC worked well. Our room was beautiful and even came with a balcony. The location is unbelievable. You walk out of the hotel immediately into luxury stores galore and right in front of the Spanish Steps. I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to anyone.

The property is beautiful! The design and the cleanliness is stellar. The best part is the location! Steps away from the spanish steps! Shopping is within feet of the door and the staff is very accommodating. Highly recommend.

Amazing location, the only good thing about this place. The staff was the most triggering part for me, definitely not customer service savvy's.The only one was the evening person, super nice and very approachable. Super disappointment!

Property was in an excellent location. 2 minute walk to the Spanish steps. The room was of a decent size, with superb amenities. Special shout out to the concierge staff in particular Matteo and Joshua who were both very welcoming, gave excellent advice and were so accomodating to keep our luggage after check out. They always had a smile on their face. Thanks for the lovely hospitality!

The room we had was very clean and tidy, with quirky decor which we enjoyed. We were welcomed and shown the way to the room by a friendly staff member who stayed late to check us in as we had a late flight.. had a great stay and would certainly recommend and return ☺️

This hotel was really an office turned into what they call a hotel. The room is very old and outdated. Beware. The Air conditioning was horrible. We basically were sweating and it was horrible. The paint and plaster on the ceilings were peeling & looked like they could fall on our heads as we were in the room. It was gross. Room had old furniture. Dark and dingy. No breakfast. There was also a piece of furniture in the hall with sugar packets all on top and some holding the door open. It was just weird. The room is close to shopping so that is the only plus I can give. In my opinion I give it a poor rating.

Lovely staff who greeted us kindly and were very sweet. Room was well appointed and clean, and the master bed extremely comfy. Great location close to the Metro and just metres from designer boutiques and the Spanish Steps. Short walk to Trevi Fountain.

Great walking location, in an upper end area of Rome. Great shopping and restaurants. The hotel itself could use a deep clean, felt a little bit unkept, but I understand that it under new ownership and that they are just working on some of these small things. The beds were very comfortable and the location made up for the small issues.

Ok room and amenities. However, city tax was taken upon knocking on our door before checkout ...not ideal why not take at checkin? Room was clean and quiet. However, returned back at 1530 one day and the room was not serviced. No towels or replenishment of anything. Not great again. No toilet avaliable as asked to use before departing when collecting luggage. Not a hotel just a series of rooms on a floor of a building. Book if you like this lack of service and housekeeping...we didn't enjoy this...
