We stayed for 4 days. Super near in train station. Staff waited and assisted us with our bags upon checkin. Room is immaculately clean, with coolest AC, midbed and soft pillows, beddings changed every single day, spotless toilet and shower, always filled shampoo conditioner, body wash and body lotion. Nestled and sorrounded with variety of restarants. Eventhough situated in old building, stairs and small lift, it exceed our expectation for a three star.

部屋とてもきれいで清潔さもあります スタフの方も英語が得意でない私にも分かりやすく説明してくました、ただシャワーの水圧が弱くイライラするのと駅近いので便利ですが騒音があり神経質の人は無理かも

Great location a few mins walk to Roma Termini Station. Old building - as you would expect! 6 or so steps to get up to the lift. Small reception area also doubles as breakfast area & luggage store. Very busy when we arrived off an early flight but staff made us feel welcome. Luggage storage available until room ready. Great room & bathroom - very comfortable.

Nice enough hotel but it is in a building with a bunch of other hotels, served by the same reception. Just strange for me. Why dont the just make the entire building one hotel.

Breakfast is not right

The hotel was good! The service needs to be improved also, they offer “Buffet Breakfast” which is not! I’m so disappointed about it. They bread was no fresh, the was almost no ham left, drink glasses were tiny and paper, no eggs, there was not a breakfast at all! Please me sure to remove that fake information from the hotel, that’s gonna be a snack but not a Buffet breakfast as the website says.
