Do NOT stay at this “hotel”. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. It says it is a “luxury inn”, this is the furthest thing from luxury. The pictures are deceiving, they do not represent what the room is like at all. The room was small, dirty and the walls are paper thin. No one on site to speak with. I would compare this room to a low budget hostel. If you want comfort, cleanliness and a nice place to stay DO NOT stay here.

The pictures and description of this hotel on Expedia are completely deceiving. It is not a luxury property ar all! The room are very small, air conditioning doesn’t work and we mentioned it to the off site staff their response was “you don’t know how to work the remote”. It’s in a very hard to find location, no staff on site, in the basement so VERY noisy I heard everyone’s conversations in the other rooms are walls are so thin. I definitely would not recommend this “luxury” hotel.

This is a small hotel between the Vatican and Piazza Navona. It is not staffed all day so it was necessay to inform the hotel when we would be arriving. A great advantage for people travelling overnight from North America is the early check-in that allows for a much needed nap. Nothing fancy but it was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. A reasonable stop for a short stay before we moved into our VRBO apartment.

The bathroom was honestly gross. Mold in the shower and hair was left from the prior guests. There was a consistent sewage smell stemming from the bathroom as well. The walls are very thin and you can hear other guest’s conversations & comings and goings.

Excelente localização. Bem próximo ao Caatelo Sant'Angelo. Tem um ponto de onibus ha uns 50m a 100m. Andrea nos deu todas as indicaçoes para o check in e pudemos deixar nossas malas e andar um pouco pela cidade, ate a hora do check in. Recomendo muito!

This family hotel is beyond our expectations! The room is big and clean. Very close to Vatican we enjoyed the walking and crossing the bridge. Inte riktigt som beskrivits.

I bokningen står det att vi bokat ett "deluxe dubbelrum med utsikt mot trädgården" men rummet var ca 9 kvadratmeter med frostade fönster mot en innergård med ogräs. Det är dess utom otroligt lyhört och ganska slitet. Men trots detta är vi nöjda med vistelsen. Läget är perfekt med promenadavstånd till de flesta sevärdheterna. Fixas lite småsaker med lyhördhet, inredning och krånglande dörr så vore det en pärla.

This property is located in an excellent area convenient for walking to St. Peter’s basilica Vatican City and all the sites in Rome that you want to see. The bathroom is in need of an update. Showerhead needs replacing and counter space is non existent. 4 keys are needed to get into the property after hours with one door a bit of a struggle to open and shut behind you. All on an extra large key chain to carry around. Unfortunately, trying to contact the owners on. WhatsApp was difficult for me as I wanted to book transportation to the airport and was not able to do that through messaging or through the lady that checked us in. I had to call an online service which was fine in the end.

Está muy bien ubicado pero en 4 días de estancia no hicieron limpieza al cuarto y solo estiraban las sábanas. El lavabo tenía gotera y por la ubicación del hotel se escucha tráfico en las noches.
