Great helpful staff that gave us directions, tips, and recommendations. Breakfast was pretty good too. Good location, not in the touristy part of Rome but still very accessible. Walking distance from the Vatican and from major shopping areas. We liked our room for the most part. The issues we had with the room were the following: 1) defective shower door - had a hard time closing it 2) wires mid-air across the balcony 3) one of the USB ports was not working 4) we had a smart TV but couldnโ€™t even watch major sports games 5) the water they gave us was not clean. We saw things in the glass we poured.

It's hard to find better staff than those in this hotel. They were always available to help, provide all sorts of tips for visiting placez, arranging taxis, and accomodating check-in and check-out times. The kitchen staff were so nice during the breakfast time.

Loved staying here. Was a great location, easy walking distance into the City with the Vatican & its museum the other way. Great bars and restaurants locally too, which were ideal for the evenings. Everyone at the hotel was helpful & friendly. Clean and well appointed room. Continental style breakfast was enough to start you for the day.

Relais Vittoria Colonna was perfect for our stay in Rome. The location is phenomenal - you can walk everywhere, and there are plenty of buses stopping right in front of the property. Yet, it is also quiet and serene which is great after a day among all the crowds. The staff is superb. So friendly and helpful, be it with directions, tips for tours or making dinner reservations. Breakfast was very good, too, and it was a much appreciated added benefit that some snacks and drinks were available all day. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay at Relais Vittoria Colonna in Rome. The property is ideally situated for exploring the cityโ€™s iconic sitesโ€”many major attractions are within walking distance, making it an excellent base for sightseeing. The surrounding area is filled with great restaurants, cafรฉs, and shops, so youโ€™re never far from a good meal or an inviting place to relax. The staff were exceptionally helpful and polite throughout my stay. They went out of their way to ensure everything was comfortable and enjoyable, offering assistance with recommendations, directions, and anything else I needed. Overall, Relais Vittoria Colonna offers a perfect combination of location, comfort, and warm hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Rome.

The hotel is located in a unique location. Walking distant to the major attractions. Breakfast is nice and u can have both savory and sweet food and freshly squeezed orange juice. The only side note is that picture show that there is a hot tub but in reality we didnt see any. Also they say complimentary bottle of wine but there wasnt any in the room. The location makes the difference for sure
