I really like this hotel. For a tourist It was far enough away from the crowds to feel peaceful, but close enough to the attractions to feel convenient. I loved eating breakfast in the park and then heading into city center. And staying in the same neighborhood as some of Rome’s world class hotels without the world class price tag made me feel like I’d found a true hidden gem. The only thing I will say is that if you have mobility issues you may want to talk to the hotel first as there are a few tricky stairs going up to the rooms.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The property was located within walking distance to many historical landmarks. If you don’t feel like walking, the metro station is just few steps away. The property was clean and amenities were great. I highly recommend staying there. If I’m ever back in Rome, I’ll definitely be staying there again.

Nuestra habitación estaba muy cómoda, limpia muy bien cuidado, tenía una vista linda hacia la villa Burghese , y para llegar a la plaza España nos tomaba 12 min caminando usando el underpass,y también hay varios restaurantes y bares muy cerca ya que está por la vía Venetto .

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas, limpias y nuevas … los horarios de entrada no son tan amigables, pero el staff siempre está en comunicación para poder atenderte si es que tu llegada es posterior a las horas previstas (con cargo adicional)

This is not a traditional hotel. No lobby nor amenities. It is located on the fifth floor of an old 4th story building. There is a very old elevator that takes you to the 4th floor. Then another separate elevator for the additional added floor. There are 6-7 rooms total. Rooms are clean and updated. Wifi and air conditioning worked great. Staff were great and location is perfect, next to a metro station entrance, with great views of gardens of Villa Borghese and Vatican. Not perfect for people with mobility issues or families with strollers (several steps to take up to the first elevator and in between elevators).

This is an amazing place to stay ! The host was very friendly and helped us navigate our visit in Rome. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for reasonably priced accommodations.

Clean , nice room. But, getting upstairs You need to take (2) elevators. For people with disabilities definatelly NO GO!!!!. First 10 stairs up ,then old fashioned elevator then anoter 2 stairs down and then few steps up to another VERY SLIM elevator.. Great View and clean room. We won't come back though

The room was air conditioned well and allowed me to control the temperature. The rooms were well stocked with needed toiletries, the bed was comfortable, the rooms were quiet, clean and roomy. The lication is perfect too. We will stay again on our next trip to Rome.

Relais Pinciana is a good value for the money. However, just be aware that the rooms are on the top floor of a building with a very small elevator, and it actually requires two elevators to get up to the rooms. If you have a lot of luggage, it may not be the best bet for you. The staff was friendly but don't expect Concierge-level attention. The rooms were clean and the location was good, right near a metro stop and Borghese Gardens.

Our family was in Rome during a heat wave and the hotel had wonderful air conditioning. The staff was always helpful. We would definitely stay there again. It’s in a great part of the city very quiet centrally located.

We had a wonderful stay! We would definitely stay here again. The room was modern, spacious and very clean. The AC was wonderful and very much appreciated! The beds are large and comfortable. We had a room with two queen beds which was hard to find in Europe. It was great coming back every day from our adventures to a fridge stocked with water and soda. The staff is also great. They made sure we had everything we needed. There are so many great restaurants nearby. La Bruschetta E and Il Fiammifero Strano are really close by and have authentic Italian food and homemade pasta and pizza. The hotel is very close to the subway entrance (it’s a bit of a walk to get to the train). We accessed almost everywhere we went in Rome using the subway. Great hotel and great stay!
