Beautiful, high quality accommodation. Bright, spacious and very clean. Very close to the Vatican with lots of restaurant options close by. Communication was excellent and the whole process was easy and effortless. Fresh croissants provided each morning was a bonus and appreciated.

overall the room itself wasn’t bad & more space than most places i’ve tried in europe. The issue I had with this location was that there was no wifi literally my entire stay & that’s something that they advertise to have. after ignoring multiple messages they claimed the issue was in the whole area but that didn’t add up because the restaurant on the first floor had wifi the whole time because i walked around and asked multiple places near by. besides the no wifi our TV didn’t work so it’s not like after a long day we had something to keep us entertained since our phones weren’t an option either. & the only way to contact the front desk was just through chat because they were also never there and available in person. so they were excellent at ignore messages and replying every once and a while when they felt like it. After complaining every single night the literal night before i left they decided to buy a router and have temp wifi until “issue was resolved” which was useless to me by that point because I was leaving the following morning. the staff who replies to the messages also had a nasty attitude about the whole situation. I was also promised 100 dollar refund for the inconvenience which I never received & after confronting them about they said I would only get it if I left a positive review. & since I wasn’t counting on it with all the lies they told me though the whole trip. here’s my honest review don’t stay there!!! rude staff & a places full of lies. :)

Our family stayed here on a recent trip to Rome, the hotel was excellent, and the staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean, and the hotel is located right next to some amazing places to see and visit and some great places to eat. When we come back to Rome we will definitely stay here again.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my family of 3 and we had such a great stay. Location is perfect and only a few minutes away from the Vatican. It’s on a nice quiet street and very easy to find. It’s a nice 20 minute walk to so many tourist sites and other popular areas with tons of food options. Hotel was super communicative and made our stay easy and enjoyable. Was the perfect stay for us and would definitely stay at again!

Es un hotel ubicado en la planta de un edificio viejo y con mal mantenimiento, hay un elevador muy viejo y pequeño, pero el piso donde están las habitaciones está muy limpio y ordenado. El cuarto pequeño pero impecable limpio y cómodo. El baño muy limpio, sábanas, almohadas y toallas de excelente calidad y limpias. La ubicación es perfecta, llegas a los sitios de interés turístico en el centro de Roma y a tres cuadras del Vaticano. A pesar de lo viejo del edificio lo califico con 10.

Excelente propiedad en una ubicación privilegiada. Decorada con muy buen gusto y se ve que tiene una remodelación reciente. A 10 min caminando del Vaticano. El barrio de lo más bonito. Si regresamos a Roma nos quedaríamos nuevamente ahí. Muy recomendable.

Rooms are decent size for Europe and are ok for sleeping at night. The bathroom was very nice, but the shower leaked all around the pan requiring multiple towels to soak up. Parts of the room were neglected i.e. the curtains were filthy, the twin bed had a cover over it that had hair all over, but we placed our suite cases on it as there is no floor space. The mini fridge was so mini you could put a drink or two in it and it was not cold. The elevator was broken when we arrived on Sunday and was fixed by end of day on Monday. The railing for the stairs in the common area were broken and could not be used for people who require assistance walking down the stairs. Had everything been clean and in working order, I would have given this place 5 stars.

This is an apartment turned into a hotel. So no front desk or anything related to a hotel. It's more like an Airbnb where you are on your own. The room didn't have a desk or a chair to put your valuables on. It only had two small decorative shelves that was holding the coffee maker, the tea pot and so on.
