Everything about our stay was perfect. Christian was there to greet us, and answered all our questions. The room was beautiful - spacious, clean and so historic! The owner was very helpful. The location is excellent- very close to Piaza Nagoya. Also, across the Tiber River and 200 yards away is the neighborhood of Trastavere, which is very lively at night and filled with excellent restaurants. Two of the best, and well worth visiting are Ottelo and Tonnarello.

Was a very spacious room and the included breakfast was very generous with a homemade cake. The bedroom didn’t have air conditioning - this didn’t bother us too much as the the one in the living room was quite good and the fan in the bedroom was sufficient but just noting for anyone else wondering. It was a great location, walkable to lots of main attractions and lots of food options nearby.

The host was wonderful. Sent a taxi to the airport and it was seamless after a long flight. The breakfast and fruit was a great touch. The terrace was amazing. Not much of a view but it was large and a great space to enjoy a bottle of wine. We were only passing thru Rome but it was a great accommodation. Easily walkable to all the major sites in Rome and just across the river from Trastevere where the restaurants are plentiful. Loved our stay. Highly recommend.

Apartment was amazing, beautiful old building. Christian was amazing, met us outside and helped take our luggage up. Rooms were very quiet and stocked with everything you need! Fridge was restocked daily and there was even a welcome cake!

Close to all historic places, we did everything walking. The host is very friendly and helpfull. The hotels is in an old building, our room on the courtyard site, it was very quit, no street noise. We had a great time in rome.

Quiet and central

The place was amazingly quiet and I had a whole balcony to myself. It was also centrally located with walking distance to all the sites. There was a farmers market during the day right around the corner with fresh produce! Christian was very friendly and made sure I had everything I needed upon arrival including a transport from the airport to the hotel.

Great location, great hospitality

We messaged the host as we arrived he was there to accommodate us and hold our luggage within minutes. Location is wonderful- 5 minutes from Trastevere and 10 minutes by walk from Piazza Navona. It is a comfortable place to stay. We thoroughly enjoyed.

Cristian was such a wonderful host. He was in constant contact with us the entire way there, made great dining suggestions and knew exactly how to get us to the airport for our flight the next day. The room itself was cozy, had a balcony that we enjoyed espresso and breakfast on, but best of all it was walking distance to all the major landmarks that we wanted to see this time. I would definitely stay here again for our next trip.
