Customer service was awesome. Front staff Franchesca and Alexandra were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was fantastic even though it was not buffet as advertised. The location of this hotel is strategicly located close to everything.

What a great hotel. The staff is very helpful and can’t do enough for you. The room was amazing as was the view!! This is the perfect location for seeing the sites around room by foot. The rooftop breakfast is a very relaxing spot in the morning and the Michelin rated restaurant at night was delicious. We stayed at their sister property in Taormina and had a great experience there as well. We are looking to stay again in the spring.

The hotel hotel has a great location, however there a quite a lot scammers in the area because of the proximity to the tourist areas. The hotel is small, the rooms small, but well maintained. I think the hotel is expensive for what it offers.

A convenient lovely Time

The team was most helpful, giving me an early check in and helping organize my day trip with train tickets. It has a beautiful roof top restaurant and bar. Service outstanding, prices are a bit steep.
