    Nice little accomodation with all the necessary amenities in the heart of the city, a few minutes away from Colosseum. The room was slightly small but clean, the bed was definitely small for 2 of us plus our 6 year old. I was expecting the room to be slightly bigger though it turned out to be quite okay. The room had air conditioning which was much needed during the heatwave in Rome. Major attractions are literally a few minutes away.

    This property is more like a grown up version of a hostel. It is a shared apartment with a common room but individual rooms with a bathroom that lock. The room was clean and comfortable. The ac was nice and cold. My only complaint is that once you book you will receive a message from the property stating they do not have a desk at the property and will ask you to send them your credit card details or wire them money for the taxes as well as pictures of your passport(s). This made me very uncomfortable as this site explicitly states not to do this, however, when I reported it to this site they told me too bad.

    Toilet seat was loose when I arrived and finally came off entirely. Light over bathroom mirror does not work. Hot water in shower turned cold in less than 5 minutes. In advance of my arrival I tried to get information about the room through the only available communication, which was text messages. I asked about whether there was a kettle and iron in the room and got no answer. After carrying my own on a transatlantic flight I found that the room was equipped with them.

    The hotel is located in the city centre and close to all historical places and bus stations. Nearby there are several restaurants and cafes. There is also kitchen for sharing. The staff was very helpful, we could reached them whenever we needed.

    Good for families for quick stays. Bathroom didn't have soap or shampoo, need to make sure to bring your own. Just a few minuses vs booking a hotel. Second bed is a sofa, so not quite a bed in American standards. The payment for Rome Taxes was quite difficult vs another place I stayed in Rome later the same month.

    Very nice accommodation close to many restaurants and cafes. A quick walk to the coliseum, Trevi fountain and Spanish steps. Host was responded quickly and efficiently. Recommend for a family as the “trevi room” has multiple beds.

    The room was good. The room we booked ended up being inside a shared apartment where other guests have access to the same common space. Even though the bedrooms are private and locked, this is something that should be clearly mentioned in the listing beforehand. Our main issue was the room temperature and the mosquitoes. There were mosquitoes all over the room, and it was extremely hot at night. We asked the host if the AC could be lowered, but he told us the temperature was “fine,” even though he wasn’t the one sleeping there. It was so hot that we had to sleep without blankets because we were sweating the entire night. Overall, the lack of transparency and comfort made the experience much worse than expected.

    Loved how close everything was, Couldn’t adjust the air conditioning, the room was not what was shown in the picture, it was much smaller. The property was easy to communicate with.

    The Trevi apartment was fabulous, and you couldn’t ask for a better location. The only thing missing in the area is parks for my kids to play in but even that was only 15 minute walk away.

    Şubatta kaldık. Oda sıcaklığı çok iyidi. ikiz yatak rahat ama çocuklar için açılır kanepe vardı. yatak kadar rahat değildi. Ulaşım gezilecek yerlere 15 dk, 30 dk. güvenli. tuvalet akıttı. whatsapp dan bilgi verdik hemen yapıldı. TV çok kullanmadık ama güzeld. Buzdolabı çok güzel soğuttu. sıcak su güzeldi ama banyoda çok tayzikli akmıyordu. Genel olarak iyidi memnun kaldık.

    Well equipped apartment. We had stayed in the Trevi Suite. Everyrthing was great for our family configuration. 2 adults + 3 children. I highy recommend. Great Hospitability. Great Location !!

    Al llegar no estuvo nadie para hacer check in y nos dejó esperando hasta que le pagáramos el impuesto, todo lo quiso hacer por mensaje y tuve que enviarle los datos de mi tarjeta lo cual no se me hizo nada seguro, esto se pudo haber efectuado con anticipación pero el propietario nunca lo comentó antes de nuestra llegada

    There were ants in the room and there are no hooks or counter space in the bathroom. WIFI was awful. Other than that, the location is very convenient, and the AC worked. Affordable and convenient location for Rome, but host should take care of the ants and add some hooks and shelves in the bathroom.

    Muy buena ubicación.

    A destacar la buena ubicación y tranquilidad de la zona. El estudio familiar es una sala tipo loft. Cama principal muy cómoda. Los sofás cama, si es para niños estan bien. La entrega de llaves fué a través de de caja con código, lo que da flexibilidad para la hora de entrar/salir. Muy buena opción para estar unos días en familia.

    It was a good stay. Modern and nice! Couch bed wasn't the most comfortable. TV was great. Bathroom was good except the shower water was only warm for about 5 minutes before turning to cold. Floor of suite could have been cleaner as well. Overall, would probably stay again.

    Very difficult to get in contact with owner. Lack of instructions on a travel day makes matters worse. Only two pillows for a bed for 2. Only 2 outlets as well.
