The property was immaculate and meticulously maintained. The team, particularly Julia, exhibited exceptional assistance, courtesy, and professionalism. This hotel is right next to the Spanish Steps and in fact our large balcony looked out over the steps. Our room was modern and clean. The bathroom was large with a beautiful walk in shower and modern lightning. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating in person and by email. They arranged our pickup from the airport and transport to the port. Would definitely stay here again.
