Decent little hotel, especially for the price and the location. The only reason I rate a bit lower is due to the shower not draining properly, nor was it fixed when we asked, but for the price we can’t complain too much.
Nice place to stay for a competitive price ,not too far from major tourist destinations, front desk lady was nice and the gentleman at night, if you’re looking for just a place to stay and for a good price, this is the place .

Convenient to the station all tourist attractions. Hotel clean.
My stay at this hotel was very good, I can recommend it not only for its good location, but also for its spacious rooms, good treatment by the administration...etc.
Very friendly, takes time to explain important things, uncomplicated , meeds recognized and responded to (different shower gel, mug for the room), sufficient space for luggage and clothes, well heated but only in certain time windows, very good location just a few minutes walk from the train station
This is a great small hotel located in the heart of Rome. Probably less than 20
Minute drive from Colosseum and trevi fountain. Mind you this is a budget hotel so you will be giving up luxuries like a tv with English channels and the room is very small. But if you’re looking for a good clean place to lay your head this is the place for you. Also staff is very friendly and speaks great English.

This place is an average converted apartment unit with four rooms within an old apartment complex. I am not sure if it should be categorized as a hotel. The place is relatively clean but the shower walls need deep cleaning. There is also a piano class next door which you can hear until 10pm. That said, the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms have a good number of closet spaces. The AC is also works well. There is also a mini fridge.
The property does not look like the photos provided by the hotel, far from it. The hotel is located in a dirty street inside a not so safe area of Rome. The hotel uses 1 floor of a property that is not in a very good condition. The rooms are small and dingy. On the positive side the staff was very friendly. Upon arrival I could not avoid the feeling of having being duped by the images that I saw in the Expedia website. I blame both the hotel owner for being deceitful and Expedia for not caring to verify that the images posted on their website are real.
Surprisingly this place has a high rate. Although Very old place ir was clean. The room did not had a wifi connection. Expedia did not do much, the owner refused to change the room, make a partial refund or just fix the connection. Basically he did not care. It was troublesome for us couple of days there. The next day i spoke with the person at the reception who told me that this is a long standing issue , in that particular room there. And still did not do anything.i wonder why nobody told me in advance about the issue as i would have waited for the room i originally booked. There is no reception after 6pm. The blankets in the rooms were quite old, no duvets and no covers. The lint from that blanket was everywhere. My little one even started coughing at nights because of that lint. I wish i had paid some extra money and had proper response when & if there are issues. Does not worth it. Location is good but so much plenty of other places to stay around.

Hotel Moscatello in Rome is a good budget-friendly option for a short stay. The room was clean and the area felt safe, with many restaurants nearby. It’s about a 10-minute walk to Roma Termini station and a 15–20 minute walk to the Colosseum. The bed was hard, and staff aren’t available 24 hours, so don’t lose your keys or get locked out. Overall, a convenient and decent place for a couple of nights.
Wasn’t really a hotel. Third floor of a strange building that you need to buzz in to, but was very hard to hear. The desk staff charged us an extra fee that seemed more than other hotels in the area, but we paid it because we didn’t have another option at the time. The area was a little sketchy and we were even warned against it from locals. Felt a little unsafe, especially with the dogs barking and growling from somewhere else in the building. We ended up leaving early and finding another hotel. Walls were extremely thin as all we could hear was the man at the desk listening to TV super loudly and coughing.
