The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The room was perfect for my stay which was two nights with my 19 year old son. I would definitely recommend this hotel, the location was ideal for visiting The Vatican City along side the main sights of Rome 😀

Clean, safw, fägreat location in residential/shopping area with lota of stores, restaurants and cafés. Located between varican city and castel Sant’Angelo. I will be back. Friendly staff

I unfortunately locked my keys in my room. The staff was more than helpful in getting me back in my room past normal business hours. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

Super convenient - short walks to taxi station, Piazza di Popolo and the Vatican. Good restaurants nearby. Staff was very helpful. Didn't get good directions on how to access the hotel from Expedia but that's not the hotel's fault. It would have been nice if the room had included a fan. The room gets stuffy and some air circulation would have appreciated. Everything else was great, would stay again.

This is a very mediocre place to stay, small and basic rooms. The price is high for the type of hotel is. There are no clear instructions how to enter the building or what floor to get into a hotel. There is one tiny elevator and if you have some luggage it only fits one person. The area is nice but I would definitely stay in a nicer and more comfortable hotel on our next trip to Rome.

The air conditioning was not cool at all, so if this is something you are looking for I would avoid this hotel. The superintendent was still helpful and gave us a fan to be able to survive the hot weather of Rome. Basically you get what you pay for, it is a small room, but fine for a very short stay.

The location for us was fantastic! We felt very safe and it was in a great part of Rome. Easy to get a train from the location. George that greeted us was extremely helpful even arranging a cab for our departure to the airport. All the staff was friendly. The only negative was there was a slight musty smell in the room. We didn’t say anything because we assumed there wasn’t anything to do about it but perhaps we could have mentioned it.
