This was a fine property if you're looking to relax by the rooms and it's great being on top of the hill looking out to the city with some of the natural setting of trees and grass. I will say though, do not book unless you have a car because the taxi's/ubers are a complete rip off in the area charging $25 one way to town and there was no convenient buses to walk to. We were considering making this a homebase to explore Rome from, but it's just too far away to make that work efficiently. We had an issue with the first room leaking water from the shower onto the main bedroom floor but the woman running the property took care of us within 10 minutes of sending the message about the issue and upgraded us into a much better room which we were appreciative for. Other aspects were the wifi was very good to us, we felt secure at the space, there was a lovely cat that came by each day to see us and it was quiet. Book if you have a car for a little slice of peace in the countryside.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and it was perfect! The property is close to the train station, so we were able to get around without worrying about traffic. We will definitely be back!

Amazing location

The accommodation is in the middle of a wineyard, ten minutes from the Pope's summer residence, in an amazingly green location, far away from all the city's noise. If you want to relax and be far away from the capital, I would totally recommend it. The apartment was big and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen.

Fabulous Modern Villa

Wonderful experience, beautiful scenery surrounding the Villa, quiet ans serene! Large spacious living accommodation, everything provided, including wash machine, no dryer, but hang dry is allowed with small outside your room clothes line. Again, beautiful hill top scenery with the town nearby, restaurants, grocery store, gas station and train station nearby. Train station is last stop out of Rome. Highly recommended.

Great place for a short stay.

My Wife and I stayed in Cape House in July 2023. It is ideally located (if you have a car as it is remote) and is very good value for money. They could invest in new towels (the towels left out were yellowed with age but clean) and there were quite a few ants when we arrived, though we didn't see any afterwards; they might have just been there to welcome us. The room had everything we needed, and it was very quiet, so we slept well. Check-in was a breeze, but we could not get in touch with anyone when we checked out - we had to guess that you left the keys in the lockbox where we found them.

Alles bestens

Ich reiste spät an und früh ab. Dazwischen war es aber ein guter Aufenthalt. Großes Zimmer, gutes Bett, sehr gutes WLAN, ruhige Umgebung. Parken war sehr einfach. Und der Snack- und Getränkeautomat bot eine gute Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Ich komme wieder!
