My family loved our stay here! We booked 2 rooms (we have teenage daughters), which was just right for us. The rooms are relatively small, but there is good storage for luggage. There is a very cool elevator, but its quite small. The location is fantastic! Right next to Santa Maria Maggiore, which is where Pope Francis was laid to rest. The restaurants right downstairs from the B&B were great, and it was so nice to be able to sit and dine or drink a cappuccino and watch the people and cars go by. We would stay here again!

What a surprise to find ourselves in the best piazza and B&B in Roma. Convenient to everything, lovely hosts and emersion into Italia history all in one place. Of course the local restaurants were spectacular as well.

Room and Beds were clean and comfortable and it was quiet, despite being in a major square. Very convenient to train station, metro, and walkable to Colosseum in Forum. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Beverages were provided which was nice. Building has a lift which was great for our heavy bags. Stayed here with my two young daughters and everything was great.

Staff and owner are friendly and helpful Property is in an old building apt converted to B&B Rooms are small AC extremely weak Uncomfortable bed We rented z place for 2 separate nights Staff was kind enough to keep our luggage The second night we paid the money but opted to sleep somewhere else!

Absolute enjoyable stay

The host Leo is very friendly, helpful and attentive. From the time i booked he contacted me via hotel.com immediately to show all checkin and location information and ensure a smooth checkin process. He's reachable online/whatsapp anytime and ensure my stay is comfortable. On top, he placed cold bottom water as welcome gift and also coffee machine with coffee and tea pods in the room. Room looks exactly as in the picture.. simply and cozy. Breakfast is served in the cafe downstair the building. Building itself is historical building so lift is a tiny one to fit 2 people. Location is 10 mins from central station in Monti area which is a cleaner area than those around the station.

Economically Focused.

First it’s an ok place. This review is not intended to be negative but it is to focus on some key observations that future stayers may wish to take into account. If you want to be economically focused, this may be the place. First, there is no signage from the street. There are three buildings with the complex: A, B and C. This B&B is in C on level 3. There was no information provided on where it was. We trialed and errored it by going from the to to the bottom. A/C was very loud the first night, but they did replace the A/C on our third night. Much appreciated. Towels were not replaced the 2nd night. Free water was a plus. The coffee maker was very good. Water pressure and temp was good for an older building. Relatively close to the Colosseum. The breakfast, especially the American breakfast could’ve been better. The bacon was dried but fried prosciutto. Don’t try to add anything to your meal with the voucher or you end up paying for your meal. I think this is a place meant for younger couples in their 20s maybe 30s or people that really don’t have much of a budget. The restaurant is best for drinks, they provide appetizers as much as you drink.

Rome est une ville magnifique, c’est la plus historique et la plus belle au monde. Notre chambre d’hôte était propre, bon emplacement par rapport au monument, calme. La réception était moyenne. le petit déjeuner reste à désirer je vous le déconseille car le choix était très très limiter il ne s’agit pas d’un buffet mais 1 viennoiserie 1 café et un sandwich. Je vous déconseille de prendre le veil ascenseur de l’immeuble, on est rester bloquer dedans 15min, l’alarme sonne personne ne vient à notre secours aucun des numéros affichés ne fonctionne, heureusement notre amie n’avait pas pris l’ascenseur avec nous et a réussi à le débloquer, le gérant Léo a comme même était réactif et a essayer de nous appeler des la réception du message. Je vous conseil comme même cette maison d’hôte mais sans le petit déjeuner.

역, 주변 관광지 모두 가까워 위치가 매우 좋습니다. 호텔이름이 외관에 없어 처음가실때 찾기 힘드나 호텔 직원분이 미리 연락오시니 꼭 물어보고 가세요! 직원분이 매우 친절하셔서 주변 관광지 묻기도 편했고 모르는거 있으면 바로 안내해 주셔서 좋았습니다. 호텔로 생각하고 갔는데 룸을 쉐어하는 형식이라 방음은 되지 않습니다. 이틀 숙박했는데 편히 지내다 갑니다

친절하고 깨끗하고 위치도 다 좋은데...bnb라 그런지 체계적임?이 약간 아쉬웠어요 ㅜㅜ 저희 방은 화장실이 private이긴 했는데 방 밖 공용공간에 있었어서 불편했어요. 그리고 체크아웃할때도 아침 8시 반까지 직원분이 없어서 당황.. 조식은 1층카페에서 먹을수있는데 맛있고 좋아요ㅎㅎ

It was only a short walk from the train station but was not very well sign posted, had a little difficulty finding the front door despite walking past it twice. Once there though it’s only a 5 minute walk to the main bus terminal, so very convenient for getting around town. Has a great roof terrace on the sixth floor with great views of the city - especially good at night.
