Quiet, comfortable, safe & spacious location within walking distance to everything! Private sleeping quarters & bathrooms. Very clean. Shared kitchen & living space with one other guest. Not a traditional hotel setting. Located in a building with other uses. Staff was extremely helpful & friendly. Would definitely recommend & stay again on our next visit.

The property was perfect for our needs!! Our daughter is doing a study abroad with SJU. It was a 10-minute walk. Perfect location. Very close to everything. Great local restaurants steps away. I guess I was unprepared to have it be on a third floor apartment. At the time they had scaffolding around the building as well. Which was not their fault of course. Walking in we were pleasantly surprised at how quaint the setup was. They had coffee and tea which was available throughout the day. And use of their refrigerator. For the breakfast it was really an assortment of fresh cookies.

Everything is perfect. Maria arrange car pick us from airport during the strike, and waited for us when we arrived. The place is spacious and clean and modern. Everything works smoothly. Location is also great. We are very happy with our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Rome.

The staff was very nice and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of choices. Room was clean and I really enjoyed the shampoo and body wash. I liked it that I had an espresso maker in my room, it was nice in the morning to get a cup or two of espresso. I traveled solo, and I felt safe there. I would highly recommend it. Grazie!!!

Great location and base for exploring anywhere in Rome, good transport links and easy to walk literally anywhere. The property is very clean, comfortable and well kept. Only draw back, the lack of a 24hr reception or failing that, a key safe option means an extra £30 cost..

Family stay with teenagers

Thank you for a wonderful stay Maria! We booked a family room, which was large, clean and comfortable with a great shower. Perfect location, we prefer to be just outside the busy areas, and the guesthouse was within easy walk to the sights, shops and restaurants of the city. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

We LOVED our stay here. Was perfect for us. We did a long weekend and the room was in the courtyard and the AC was fantastic after a long day of walking in the heat! The bed was super comfortable and the shower had great pressure and the bathrooms are big!! Not your typical European room which we really loved. A bit more comfort!
