The personalized attention to their guests, the location was two blocks from the Vatican so it was very convenient for us, also very clean room and great breakfast in the morning, definitely I would book again in the future.

Usually Im very picky but this place was clean, had an elevator and down the block from Vatican! Breakfast was cake, fruit, yogurt, juice, tea and coffee!

This place was very clean and the owner very responsive always on point to any questions or to ask for taxi transportation to airport. It is a little hard to go to restroom outside of room but its private and it is very clean and spacious. The location is walking distance less than a block away to the vatican museum so very convenient. The owner also provided breakfast for guests. Overall nice convenient location.

The apartment is quite nice but the street it’s on and the building it’s in seem scary. It was difficult to find because there’s no sign and the outside door has no indication of the bnb. Very difficult to find parking as well. But once you get into the apartment it’s very nice. And the location is perfect for sightseeing.

Perfect location

We visited the Vatican and the location was perfect! It was also close to the metro to get to the train station. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were very clean and cutely decorated. The early check-in was also really appreciated. I would definitely stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 1 night stay; it was the perfect location for our activities planned in Vatican City. The host was VERY helpful in providing info. on parking. We didn't get lucky in finding any street parking; therefore we ended up parking in the nearby garage which had plenty of space and the 24hrs cost was €20. The host was EXTREMELY accomidating with our early arrival and did everything to ensure we had a comfortable stay. Easy check in. Nice space & it was very quiet; we slept SO good! Highly recommended if wanting to stay near Vatican City!

Very clean accommodation next to Vatican

Very responsive host and an extremely clean home / room. We had booked it to be easy to get to the Vatican - this is good for walking but for car transport / Uber, the wait time may vary due to the crowds at the Vatican.

Very comfortable and clean. Good location. Immediate area not pretty but good location and within walking distance to Vatican. We had a private bathroom, but it was external. Keep that in mi d. The hostess was very friendly and helpful.

The place is clean, it’s right behind the Vatican museum which makes it a great spot if you plan to visit it. We had problems with hot water for the shower. The staff couldn’t get there fast so we had to shower with cold water. It’s a shame because it was expensive.

The only plus to this location was that it’s one minute to the Vatican. Aside from that I had a poor communication with the owners. I messaged on sept 23 to advise my booking was wrong and that it was for myself and my two kids not two adults. This was messaged twice and okayed. When I arrived nearly a month later they told me after checking in it’s not ok and that I’d have to pay them cash which I did. Part was for a cleaning fee. I was then told the bed could only hold two people and had to advise I would sleep on the floor. Because it was the day of check in Expedia said I could only cancel if they approved it. They messaged me and said pay the money or go and noted paying the money would be better. Everyone knows what it’s like to have to find a room same day anywhere in the world. It’s truly made our experience worse not to mention there was only towels for two people the first day and only two for breakfast which we didn’t even eat. Items were packaged and what was not like the waffle cookies were stale. It’s unfortunate as the owners were accommodating to begin with and kind to speak to but made it a little unwelcoming as soon as I arrived.

La qualité de l'accueil était très bien. La chambre tout est ok .... La salle de bain aussi. . Le gros bémol. Et il faudrait pouvoir proposer qq produit frais tl que du pain! Des vraies céréales mais surtout éviter de laisser des produit desembalés qui ont moisi. Mis a part les fruits, tout est industriel et emballé. Donc pour l'eco responsabilité ???!! La rue est passante, donc beaucoup de monde et de bruit....
