A great experience will be one of ur best choice.

The owner is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. The room is clean and quiet in the evening. It's in the very centre of Rome, next to Vatican City. U can just walk to most of the attractions. Very good for shopping and food too. Will give a second stay if in Rome again.

Ich kann die Unterkunft bei Luca wirklich nur empfehlen! Er war unglaublich zuvorkommend und gastfreundlich. Schon die kleinen Gesten, wie dass er uns jeden Morgen frische Croissants zur Verfügung gestellt hat und auf jeden Wunsch eingegangen ist, haben den Aufenthalt besonders angenehm gemacht. Die Lage ist absolut top – in nur wenigen Minuten ist man am Petersdom und auch alle anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten wie das Kolosseum sind bequem zu Fuß in etwa einer halben Stunde erreichbar. Sollte ich wieder nach Rom reisen, würde ich definitiv wieder bei Luca buchen. Vielen Dank für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und den wunderschönen Aufenthalt! 🇮🇹✨

The host Luka was extremely helpful! He helped arrange the pickup from the airport and then helped us to get a taxi for our departure. The stay at Luka’s place was also very nice. Definitely will come back! Thanks Luka!

Luca was so wonderful. The place is small but more than enough for me and my husband and we were out all day anyways. It was 7-10 mins walk to St Peter Basilica/Square. The croissant and cappuccino were great although breakfast is not included but they were enough to start the day. We arrived late due to delay and flight schedule but Luca accommodated us and communicated us in details with pictures what we have to do on arrival. He was so helpful when we needed directions. I would go back there again and recommended it to friends

Rooms located in a top floor apartment of a quaint building. Access secure with lift and some stairs. Probably not suitable for those with mobility issues Super communications from the owner. Clean and well maintained. Walking distance to the Vatican and attractions like Piazza Novona. Convenient supermarket (carrefour express) opposite and lovely icecream place next door.

Fantastische, sehr schön und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft. Top-Lage, 5 Minuten zu Fuß vom Vatikan entfernt, auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Luca ist ein toller Gastgeber, der alle Fragen immer sehr schnell beantwortet und sehr hilfsbereit ist. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen!

A Wonderful Stay in Rome We had an amazing experience staying at Luca’s place in Rome. The location was perfect—within walking distance to Rome Termini and many of the city's most iconic landmarks. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Luca was a fantastic host—very responsive, full of helpful local tips, and made the check-in process incredibly smooth. We truly appreciated the personal touches and attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Luca’s place to anyone visiting Rome!
