Wonderful place! Very clean, comfortable and quite. Very close to metro station and walking distance to major sites. Property manager, Michele, was extremely helpful. He even arranged private driver from and to the airport. Highly recommend!

Fijne b&b, dicht bij het vaticaan en restaurantjes

Bed-bad-brood, op een perfecte locatie! Je zit op loopafstand van het vaticaan. Lekkere restaurantjes om de hoek waar ook de locals komen en niet alleen maar toeristen. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Good Base to Explore Rome

Great location - close to Vatican City and Metro station for quick link to Old Town. Rooms are small but very clean and with all amenities. Parking on street only with Multi storey 15 minute walk away. Breakfast selection limited

Schönes B&B, sehr gute Lage

Wir waren 5 Tage im B-Cool in Rom. Unser Zimmer (San Pietro) war sehr gut von der Größe und Sauberkeit. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, nah am Petersdom und Haltestellen für Metro, Straßenbahn, Busse sind um die Ecke. Der Besitzer war sehr nett und hat uns direkt bei Check in, seine Hilfe angeboten bzgl. Sehenswürdigkeiten, Metro Tickets etc. Das einzige was ich bemängeln muss ist das Waschbecken im Bad war sehr locker und hat gewackelt. Und die Haushälterin hat jeden Morgen um sieben Uhr das Frühstück vorbereitet und wenn man einen leichten Schlaf hat wird man jeden morgen geweckt, dadurch das der Frühstücksraum keine Tür hat, hört man alles was dort vor sich geht. Da wir Frühaufsteher sind war das nicht so schlimm, aber ein separater Raum für das Frühstück wäre vielleicht besser.

Lovely B & B located close to Vatican and Metro

We had a fab few days away in Rome, B & B is very close to Vatican City which is fab, excellent links via Metro underground which is very user friendly, fast and frequent. The owner arranged for collection to and from airport and made special arrangements for us to leave our bags for a later flight. I would highly recommend the B & B for those who want something quiet, personal, and that is located very close to the tourist areas, with plenty of restaurants within a few minutes walk. Thankyou!!

Very close to the Vatican.

Michele was extremely helpful and pleasant. He provided us with a map and highlighted monuments & events that we would she and also recommended to us some local inexpensive dining spots. I was pregnant during our stay there and I couldn't have been at a more better place than this.

Cute Modern B&B very close to Vatican!!!

My mum and I had an awesome stay. Very modern, clean, comfortable B&B. Loved the location,very close to Vatican, restaurants, gelato, shopping and transportation. Michele and Valentina are very friendly and accommodating. I loved this cute B&B that my mum and I are returning at the end of the month. I highly recommend this B&B

Great place to stay for Rome visit.

Clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Close to the Vatican and to transport, many restaurants, of all types, nearby. And a small bakery just around the corner that bears repeat visits. If I revisit Rome, I will plan on staying here again.
