We had a pleasure to stay at the hotel for three nights. It is very close to a train station, easy short walk. Clean room, small by American standarts, but really perfect for Europe. The hotel cleans your room every day too, which was very nice. We asked for a tea kettle and it was delivered right away, they do not have it or a coffee maker in all the rooms unfortunately. There was a fridge in our room. About ten minutes walk to spanish steps, stores and restaurants everywhere. A cute street market on Fridays and weekends just fife minutes away. We did not use taxi cab once, just walked. Will stay again.

How can I rate a place where I wasn’t able to stay at?! When we arrived at the hotel after a red eye flight to Rome, we were told that we were “upgraded” and would be staying at The Hive (which I’m assuming same management or something). However, when we got to The Hive, the front desk receptionist was rude saying as she could not find my name in the system and even though I explained multiple times we were booked for the Augusta, I had to show my receipt for proof. Then she said our room wasn’t available and that check in time is anytime after 2pm. It was already past 2, closer to 3pm. This all happened after waiting in line for 30 minutes. I walked back to Augusta and the front desk there was nicer as one of the gentleman called over to talk to the manager at The Hive. Walked back to The Hive to only be told that a deluxe room with one bed was available even though I already requested for two beds. Pretty much was told that because of their cruise clients, which seemed much more important, were checking in and there wasn’t a room available. The manager went on the system and finally got us a room with 2 beds, which was a very basic room. Did not understand this “upgrade” other than probably getting shifted due to overbooking. This whole back and forth and the surprise of being shifted to another hotel was extremely frustrating. This was all for one night in Rome before our flight. Very disappointed with the changes and the lack of communication.

Picked the property because it is close to the train station. Staff was helpful and let us check in early so we could drop off our bags. Needed assistance a couple of times and received prompt friendly help. Property was clean and bed and bedding was comfortable. Quiet. Air conditioning was acceptable. The property could use updates in terms of furniture, lighting and wall coverings. Overall, was left with a good impression.

This place exceeded my expectations. Excellent staff all around Eduardo at front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Speaks English well. The staff at breakfast went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. They even remembered our drink. Breakfast was fantastic!! It is like breakfast and lunch food which was also very delicious. Very close to Termini station 5 minutes walk. This hotel is absolutely a 5 star.

The location was central to my expectations and the staff were wonderful to work with. Answered all my questions, gave very helpful information when wanting to shop and gave great directions for finding shops. Would stay there again should I visit Rome

This hotel was so nice! The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel is centrally located near the bus and train station, where you can also access shopping and restaurants/cafes at Termini Station. Nearby there were a lot of restaurants to choose from. It was quiet and super clean. The breakfast buffet was decent. There were choices and they changed the menu every day, while still having some staples. The beds were super comfortable and the AC in the room worked well. I would highly recommend this hotel!

The property was lovely and the staff were amazingly helpful, however, the noise overnight outside with deliveries meant we were unable to sleep both nights we were there. We also had a leaking toilet which when we got it stopped meant we had to remove the flusher and push the plastic manually. These two points really impacted on our holiday which was meant to be an anniversary treat.

There was a lot of noise in the morning from the hotel staff starting at 7 AM doibg cleaning work in the hallway, and also renovation work being done right beside our window with the sound of an air compressor and a big wood saw, very very loud, and they did not warn us beforehand. If they had warned us at least it would’ve made it less surprising since we would’ve known and maybe got to bed earlier. The hotel is nice otherwise.

My 3 night stay was great. The staff were friendly and kind. This location is excellent and quiet. The breakfast buffet was truly excellent both in quality and variety of selections. The only minor issue I noticed in my room is that Air Conditioning (A/C) did not seem to work properly. It was turned to high, but minimal cold air was coming out from A/C unit. However, it didn’t bother me that much as the temperature was comfortable without the A/C. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here. Thanks

Great hotel less than a 10 minute walk from the train station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. I had a single room, it was small but enough for just me. Plus, I hardly spent any time in the room. I’d definitely stay here again.

Great for a family
We stayed for 5 days as a family and had zero complaints. Room was clean and comfortable, housekeeping made up the room daily. Breakfast was wonderful, with more than enough quantity and options. Location was great, we walked to everything in the city, 30 min walk from most places.
