En términos generales bien está en buena zona, el desayuno muy pobre solo es un pan con café, la atención buena así como la limpieza, el baño muy pequeño en la ducha y las camas son catres solo la grande está bien

Nice place!

This place was great, and Amadeo is one of the most engaging hosts I've met. The B&B is also close to the Re di Roma metro station, making getting around quite easy. A couple of things: when you arrive, there's really nothing to tell you you've arrived - the B&B is in what looks like a large apartment building, so just look at the buzzer list outside and buzz in. My only disappointment was that the breakfast was not what was advertised -- it consisted of a voucher for the restaurant down the street and that was a croissant and coffee. Otherwise, the B&B is a great place to stay.

O B&B é muito bom, vibe de casa mesmo. O banheiro compartilhado sequer chegou a ser problema pra nós. Além disso, o bairro é ótimo, tem de tudo por perto e o metrô fica a poucos metros. Recomendo muito.

Good choice

It is a nice little apartment close to the metro station. Amadeo is very friendly and helpful. The shower was a little small for me (I am 1.90m tall), but other that that it was a great choice.

Lautes Zimmer ohne Klimaanlage

Obwohl im 7. Stock sehr, sehr laut, was aber kein Problem gewesen wäre wenn sich das Fenster komplett hätte schließen lassen. Klimaanlage war vorhanden aber nicht funktionstüchtig, deshalb sehr heiß, was besonders nachts gestört hat. Bei Anreise sauber, die Tage danach wurde aber gar nicht geputzt

Info about room

Four room B&B in an apartment building about a 2 minute walk from the metro stop and a 30 minute walk to the Colosseum. The manager is friendly, helpful, and keeps everything very clean. There is a small elevator to reach the 7th floor where the B&B is. Breakfast consisted of a tray in the room with some basic food and drinks and in the hall there was a small station for cereal and drinks including a mini fridge. Lots of great local restaurant recommendations. Clean, well equipped bathroom. Air conditioning and TV in the room. Had to call to be let in initially but otherwise a fantastic place.

Nice B&B close to the Colosseum.

Amadeo is a great host. The room was large and well kept. The bathroom was also very clean and tidy. The location is good as well - very close to a metro station (which is important in Rome). Also, the breakfast was more substantial than most places in Italy. There was always cold and hot water available, croissants, cereal, juice, espresso and tea. A driver picked us up from the airport and he gave us many suggestions about where to eat and what to see. Overall I was pleased with my stay and would recommend to others.

AC breaker tripping all night

the big reason for the low scores would be the AC unit. it kept tripping the breaker all night long. had to get up every 30 minutes to reset. the owner did come when we called but did not get resolved until the next day and even then the window unit was too small for the room. good location, next to metro. a little hard to find first since there is no sign out front. you have to push an apartment button. the breakfast provided was out-dated packaged food. the small extra bed kept falling apart. the owner did really try to accommodate us but some stuff out of his control. BTW- there is an elevator that works that you will need since they are on the 7th floor, but it is a small one.

Nous avons passé un excellent week end à Rome sous un soleil de plomb début juillet. Nous avons été très bien accueillis au B&B, la chambre est propre et confortable mais nous avons regretté d'avoir choisi celle avec balcon, la rue est très bruyante. Les principaux points touristiques sont assez éloignés si vous vous voulez visiter à pieds mais il y a une station de métro à moins de 5 minutes.

Propriétaires très accueillants

Les propriétaires sont des plus accueillants et souriants, ils nous donnent un maximum d'informations notamment sur ce qu'il y a de plus important à visiter dans Rome, les transports ect. Le seul bémol serait le petit déjeuner assez sommaire mais qui reste très agréable puisqu'on le prend dans la chambre.... Hôtel très bien situé à deux pas du métro et à environ 30 min de marche du colyssé

4 Nights in Rome

Vi stannade i Rom 4 nätter och B&B var ett utmärkt ställe att stanna på. Personalen var väldigt hjälpsam med mycket tips och förslag på vad som man kan göra. Vi hade fin utsikt från vår balkong och det är väldigt enkelt att hitta hit. Vi trivdes bra här helt enkelt Är det nåt man kan/får klaga på så är det kyrkklockorna som börjar ringa 8 på morgonen, detta gör att man inte kan sova längre än det om man för någon orsak vill, eller man blir åtminstone väckt. Det andra var frukosten. Visserligen hade vi gratis frukost varje morgon men det var inte det bästa utbudet samt tallrikarna tog ibland slut innan alla hade fått.

Points positifs : accueil du gérant ; emplacement (20 min à pied du Colisée & 5 min à pied du métro). Points négatifs : chambre côté rue TRES BRUYANTE avec une climatisation obsolète ( = nuit sans repos) ; petit déjeuner de très mauvaise qualité (petite brioche industrielle, 2 biscottes...)

Very nice, clean and cosy!

The b&b my sunrise in Rome is located near metro station re di roma so its very easy to reach the train station termini (5min). Within 25 min by foot i could reach Cooosseo. On piazza re di roma there are lots of restaurants and also inthe same building as b&b there is a supermarket. The room was very big, bright, cosy and clean. All furnitures and bathroom were new. In the corridor outside the room there was tea, coffe, fruits , cake , ice tea aveiable for all guests. I had no problems with check in or check out and the owner helped my with any problem. I the future i would definetley come back to b&b my sunrise in rome and i would recomend it to my friends!
