The room was beautiful! Spotlessly clean, comfy beds and enough space for all 4 of us . The bathroom was clean and modern. The location was perfect, just a few minutes walk from the Spanish Steps, surrounded by shops and restaurants, right in the heart of Rome. Would highly recommend to everyone, particularly families wanting safety, and peace, whilst still in the midst of things. The staff were all welcoming and friendly, with good communication from before we even arrived. Brilliant!

Very nice and comfortable room with a great bathroom/shower. It’s in a great location. Since it is not readily seen as a hotel from the outside and is part of a building with other boutique hotels and businesses (entrance is locked) it would have been helpful to know how to get in and communicate with the hotel when you first arrive to avoid a 1/2 hour if wondering around with luggage

Great location and very nice staff. Walking distance to most tourist attractions. Parking is challenging as the property is in the ZTL (Zone with Limited Traffic), needed to park about 10 minutes away for 45€/day.

Great location,nice management and cleaning staff. Building was very old but clean, very secure and adjustible conditioner. Room includes coffee machine, wine opener, fridge filled with water, juice and sweet treats. Love the service. building. Bed was ok but pillows were horrible. In general would recommond this place

Excellent stay

We had a very comfortable stay. The room and bathroom were super clean. Location was excellent. A nice surprise was that the refrigerator bar and snacks were included in the price and refilled everyday. Katerina (the host) was very helpful and answered all our queries on Whatsapp.

Very clean and modern apartment suite, right in the centre of Rome. A 30 minute walk to the Vatican, 45 minutes to the Colluseum, and less than 30 minutes to walk to the Pantheon, followed by the Trevi Fountain and Spanish steps. An easy 10 minute walk to Piazza Navona too. Easy and secure self check in experience, modern and clean room with comfortable beds. Would recommend!

We love the convenient location and spacious room. The shower door in our room doesn't seal well and water was leaking onto the floor when we shower. Also, i think it's time for some new towels. Some of the towel edges are ragged.
