「The staff were very friendly. Our booked hot air balloon ride was canceled unfortunately, but the staff helped us find another available balloon flight, allowing us to proceed as planned. Additionally, due to the delay in the hot air balloon schedule, we missed out on the hotel breakfast, but the staff prepared sandwiches for us. Every corner of the hotel has great spots for photos, and at checkout, they even gave us a souvenir. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「非常推薦！酒店方面可以幫忙預定各種tour還有機場shuttle bus 而且價格也很優惠，出發前跟他們確認就可以了。房間很大住的很舒適，還有酒店位置基本不需要爬斜坡。早餐很豐富也很好吃😋住了三天 很幸運三天都看到了熱氣球❤️酒店裡的每個人都非常友善 也見到了傳說中會講一點中文的小哥 他本人很有趣很愛開玩笑😆謝謝他們讓我們有一個非常好也非常難忘的住宿體驗。」

「The location is very good, the terrace is good as close to it are also relatively new and stylish hotel so the view are with rock and stylish terrace of other hotels next to it, the room is decent, the service and breakfast are impeccable. Only downside is toilet too small in space but the relatively new decor of common areas make up for it, the restaurant area is very clean and cozy, modern. 」

「We are very grateful for the efforts of the hotel colleagues. Due to schedule constraints, the hotel allowed us to check in two hours early on the first day. On the last day, due to schedule constraints, after returning from the Red Route, the hotel still arranged a place for us to shower so that we could continue our trip. We are very grateful for their hospitality.
If we visit Cappadocia again, we will still choose this hotel.」

「The rooms were amazing. They were built into the side of the mountain. The breakfast was very good and the the restaurant was on the top floor with large windows to give a beautiful view or the town and the hot air balloons when they were in the air. The staff were very friendly and accomodating. Ramazan was always available to answer questions and give suggestions. He also customized a tour that was specific to our needs.」

「与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。」
