「I arrived late after an exhausting day of travel, made even longer by a four-hour delay waiting for my luggage. As a solo female raveler, I found the hotel to be clean and felt safe during my stay. The front desk attendant was genuinely kind and welcoming, but he appeared to be working alone, and the hotel could benefit from additional staff.
