「I stayed for 11 nights, and the place was very clean and cozy. It feels luxurious. Having a washing machine was a big win. The staff are very kind, and the security made me feel safe. They helped with everything I needed and delivered whatever I asked for. Two things to note: there aren’t many kitchen items, but if you ask, they’ll bring what you need. Also, in the shower, lower water pressure gives hotter water. Overall, it was perfect! Definitely will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap」

「酒店的服务很好，工作人员很热情。但是酒店位置比较偏，晚上的时候酒店外的街道是没有路灯的，不敢步行回来。客房面积比较大，但是我们入住的时候阳台一直有两只超大的壁虎，无法在室外」

「旅館是非常適合度假的環境，房間很大又舒適，尤其喜歡洗浴用品，味道很好聞。旅館中部有泳池使用，工作人員會貼心幫忙提供浴巾，因為趕時間退房還幫忙將泳衣烘乾。旅館有早中晚餐，非自助型，要點單后現做，味道不錯，價格也不貴，只是分量比較小。工作人員態度很好很熱情，有welcome drink和水果點心，有免費的機場接送服務。 唯一不好的是位置非常偏遠，包車司機都要繞好久才找到，旅館用突突車進行機場接送，都要走大概45分鐘才到，周圍沒有地方可以去也沒有餐廳。」

「We had a wonderful stay! The hotel has a fabulous tropical feel and offers every comfort you could want. The furniture and décor are beautiful, and everything was spotless. Each night the staff left fresh water in the room, which was a thoughtful touch. The spa and staff were fantastic, and breakfast each morning was excellent. They also offer a convenient same-day laundry service, which was very helpful during our trip. Overall, a relaxing and comfortable experience. I would definitely stay...

「真心喜欢这家酒店的员工，每次见到客人都会微笑问好，努力解答我们一切的疑问，酒店不大却很精致，有2个比较小的泳池，2栋楼，我们新楼，房间很大，干净，每天回去都会看到用毛巾折不同造型摆床上，早餐是N个套餐任选一款，有免费机场接送，免费自行车借。最值得提的是酒店的SPA，超级无敌赞，入住酒店可以打85折，还特地为我朋友庆生，真的是warm到极点。我们很是感动。酒店其实在内街比较深入，晚上出入最好骑自行车，酒店隔壁就有一个便利店。 excellent experience!very nice staff,smile to each guest,it is not a big hotel but comfortable.2 small swim poor and free airport shuttle and free rent bicycle.You must try hotel spa,professional and great valuable.」
