「This hotel is great! friendly and helpful staff, clean and large room (the quality is particularly amazing given the low price), and it is walkable to the Ringling mueseum. The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.」

「The property is centrally located for a visit to Sarasota. We had the junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. The pool and fitness center are very nice. The facility is definitely outdated and nothing “special”, although they try to dress it up with colorful decor. The maid service was subpar, they never came on day one and didn’t come until late afternoon day 2. Neither day did we receive new towels. Remaining staff were all very friendly. 「They just had instant oatmeal instead of cooked like they used to. Otherwise everything was good. The low rating is due to the extremely noisy room I had on the first floor at the end of the hallway next to the ice machine and outside entrance. 」

「This is a great Marriott property. It’s close to restaurants. Breakfast was great and the lady that worked breakfast was absolutely wonderful. Always love staying at Marriott hotels. Highly recommend this one. 」

「The hotel is in a great area… and I could tell that it had once been lovely… but it’s showing signs of age: stains, cracks, and water that just doesn’t get hot enough. 「i chose this hotel with much desire for a heated pool and hot tub. the heaters were broken on both which was disappointing. this wasnt our ideal location nor our price point but we did it anyway to enjoy hot tub and pool :-(. we did find the location was nice, room clean and midern, staff excellent. 」
