「Damp carpet and smelly room. Manager was defensive and confrontational.」

「The room and property were both clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was a good, basic continental breakfast with several different options. The parking was easy and felt safe and conveniently located, within walking distance of a nice pub and grill next door. I would say it’s a good, reasonably priced, conveniently located, standard hotel.」

「Would not stay again. Only stayed because it is the only hotel in town. Reasonably priced, breakfast was good, bed and pillows were awful, and staff would not give any extra pillows… they told us there were enough in the room even with a pullout couch which we needed more for, rooms were smelly… Our 7 year old commented multiple times how much it stunk so we purchased an air freshener to help. Thankful it was only a one night stay. Would recommend booking elsewhere!」

「There only one night. I stayed at discounted price. Would not stay there at their regular rate. Only saw staff upon check in. He didn’t seem too happy to be there but was polite. Room door has to be pushed shut to latch. Chair at desk was stained. Makeup stain on pillowcase. No phone in room to connect with staff. Is this a new thing? Breakfast was ok.」
