"Thoroughly enjoyed my week long stay. The staff were very accommodating and every single one (apologies, I can't remember the names) was friendly and made me feel welcome. The hotel had suffered from a water leak about a week before I arrived which meant that the lobby and restaurants were out of order (could get room service) - for me, the lobby area is something that I look at when booking as like to relax outside the room, so this was unfortunate but could not be helped. Only thing I would question was whether it was right to charge tray charge when room service is the only option (admittedly did not raise this, but was a factor in only ordering couple of times when I would have liked to try more). The Spa was glorious and felt very pampered. If I ever get the opportunity to visit Vancouver again, would be certainly be be looking to book here again. "
