「Everything is good ,the staff was nice ! The hotel located in the town which there have a lot of restaurants and coffee shop Just one thing is if you travel by car the shuttle need to wait a bit long to arrive to drive you to pick up your car ,so the parking is 6 mins drive from hotel , but ur car can’t drive in to the road because it’s restricted road .I was waited for 40 mins for the shuttle bus when I check out . Apart from this problem everything was very good !」

「This property is just absolutely perfect! A beautiful place to stay in a “smaller” Italy town! It gives you the feeling of experiencing the local life from easy 2min walks to local markets and restaurants to the thermal spa 7 min walk away. 「The hotel was clean and in a great spot in regard to access to the lake and public transport. The staff were lovely with flora and her dog biggie being the highlight of our stay. The warm welcome we got from them when we returned to the hotel at night ended each day on a positive note. The only down side was the cleaner came into the room when we left despite there being a do not disturb sign on the door. Someone also took our do not disturb sign from our door.
