Hotel is very good. Room excellent, clean, good condition. Area around is nice, we found restaurants to eat. Staff friendly, cordially. I love the place. It is a little far from the center of Desenzano, but it worth.

Wonderful staff! We were greeted warmly and explained all the details to our room and facilities. AC takes a bit to cool down, but had a great night's sleep. So glad we remained here for our evening meal. We were treated to a delightful setting with locals. Try the penne arrabbiata! Molto bene!

Excellent place to stay, very caring hosts, and dinner was super. Room was upgraded to better than what we booked, which was lovely. Very comfortable beds and functioning AC. Highly recommend.

The room had no wifi signal inside. I specifically booked this hotel to get away to work peacefully and ended up having to sit in the hot bar area downstairs. The owner told me that I can sit in the bar to do my work, but it was extremely hot. Like other reviewers, the AC inside the room also was limited and kept the room in tepid temperature. If you are looking to simply sleep, the room is very spacious and clean. Walk to the beach was about 40 minutes. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes walking distance away. The cleaning person was extremely nice.

Excellent stay with a home-vibe

Excellent and spacious room that is great for short stays. The room was clean and with all amenties that you need. All you need water, free to take. Free parking. Service is great and you feel very welcome there with a home feeling. They even put out some breakfast snacks for self-service. Next to the building, there is a really good restaurant that is open until late that I definently recommend to try out! Would definently recommend this room to anyone passing through this area.

Well before you check in make sure you drive as it’s a treck to go to centre very limited public transport and 20min ruffly ride in taxi will cost you 25 euros. Also was disappointed that no restaurant or bar within facilities as they were closed due to Italy holidays. That wasn’t mentioned after I booked. My room was spacious and clean. They only provide water no coffee or tea as that classed as a lodge. The socket in a bedroom to charge not working as it wouldn’t fit inside had to charge my phone in bathroom where’s hairdryer. Lady Camilla is lovely although I thought someone be always at the property to greet any time. But again due to Holliday they aren’t there so had to wait. The shower chain needs to be changed as looks too tired. Also there no need two beds in room as I managed to injure myself. Air conditioning it’s not good never cool enough. Apart of that lady was helpful and did showed me and guided me where was what.

Un hotel restaurant avec un parking privatif. L'accueil etait tres agréable. Nous avons été surclassés avec accès à la terrasse, malheureusement, avec des gros orages toute la nuit et le soir.

Trotz einer kurzfristigen Buchung sind wir sehr herzlich empfangen worden. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und gemütlich, die Terrasse ein toller Ort, um den Abend ausklingen zu lassen. Vom üblichen Massentourismus am Gardasee merkt man hier nichts - was ein großer Pluspunkt war. Gute Restaurants sind auch fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein echter Glücksfund!

Peccato,dura sempre troppo poco

Ottima stanza , pulita, silenziosa, e ben arredata naturalmente i vicini un pochino si sentono ma e' comune a molte strutture. La gentilezza dei proprietari va sottolineata, si sono prodigati al fine di farci trascorrere un soggiorno piacevole e ci hanno aiutato in tutti i modi. Bravi. Per passare una giornata a gardaland, io e mia sorella abbiamo deciso di passare due notti presso questa struttura. Ci siamo trovate veramente bene. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima e ci ha accolto nel migliore dei modi, permettendoci anche di arrivare (previa comunicazione, come specificatamente indicato) fuori il consueto orario di check in. La stanza era molto pulita e disponeva anche di un terrazzo comune. La struttra è in una posizione strategica per poter raggiungere in breve tempo i vari parchi a tema e Sirmione. Inoltre, è dotata anche di ristorante e di parcheggio privato comodissimo. Altamente consigliata!!
