For any request, their answer is YES, and then they clarify what is needed. They react promptly to minor complaints. Everything is of very high quality and pleasant. 「Esperienza piacevolissima di pace e tranquillità.La location é un poco lontana dal mare, 6/7 km risalendo la montagna. Ma proprio per quello tranquilla. La signora che ci ha accolto é stata molto gentile e ci ha preparato un ottimo pranzo. Stanza piccola ma con tutti i confort. Parcheggio nella proprietà.Davvero una oasi di pace. 」

「la stanza era molto bella ma abbiamo avuto il problema con la doccia… una stanza ed un hotel così di lusso con la tenda in plastica…. a parte che “rovinava” il tema della stanza lussuosa… ma poi, ha portato ad allagare tutto il bagno e parte della camera da letto.. peccato, per il resto veramente tutto eccellente, tutto pulito, il ristorante ottimo e il personale super disponibile, ci tornerei decisamente, consiglio solo la modifica di questo dettaglio della doccia, per il resto tutto eccellente」

「A 3 to 4 minutes walk from the Interbus station. And the hotel is just opposite to the cable car station which it’ll bring you to the seaside of Taormina. Everything within walking distance. Love the room with balcony and the hotel staff are more than helpful. Fantastic stay, thank you!」

「Our room was near the kitchen and hence it was quite noisy. The hotel also was not very convenient considering how hard it was to drive. The staff however is very helpful and the experience was very nice 」
