「Absolutely adore this spot! Staff were great - except for one waitress in the restaurant who decided our child shouldn’t eat tiramisu and so she told us it was sold out. Was pretty judgemental. Everyone else was fantastic and would highly recommend this place to anyone!」

「This hotel was a "wow" all around. The photos don't do it justice: 1) The area: the town it was in is super cute. Everyone knows one another in the area. Views of Etna were incredible. Just a very beautiful region of sicily. 2) The service: the front desk helped us book a helicopter tour of etna. 「Loved it! Probably the best value for your money. Conveniently located if you want to tour Taormina, a 15 minute drive to Lumbi parking lot from where you can get a free bus ride to Taormina. Amazing breakfast, super clean, and friendly service. A bit hard to find as the reception of the hotel is kind of hidden in a semi basement entrance within a building complex that can be very busy during peak season (summer). Walking distance from the beach. Highly recommend, would definitely stay again. 」

「I tried to reached to them a week before my travel to get some information about the transport options to the hotel nobody responded i was already heading towards the hotel when i received an email in italian with useless information. On the day of arrival at reception they told me most of the facilities are closed including the restaurant none of this was mentioned while i made the bookings.
