「Beware of this host. We booked with this property, never received check in information, efforts to call the host were answered with an automated system, then when passed to the next level, they never picked up the phone. Without check in information we had to book a different property. So we paid a night and didn’t stay. Weren’t even given so much as an address. Expedia got invoked and requested a refund and the host refused. I am a decades long user of Expedia and never been treated like this...

「Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new.
