「That I stayed 1 night informed them I was leaving to check out as I had a sick child then I was told I needed to contact them I had messaged the contact person I had talked to the night before as I was locked out of my room when I went to my car then was charged for the full stay and was told it was like going to the movie theatre then tried calling the number I was given was not a phone number and then called Expedia and said they also tried and was unsuccessful so I stayed 1 night was locked...

"This is a very new hotel with excellent facilities and a great accommodation environment. Compared to some older hotels, it offers exceptional value for money. The hotel features hot water pools (not sure if they are hot springs), but the design and facilities are significantly better than the famous Upper Hot Springs. Built against the mountain, the hotel appears to have four separate buildings, but they are conveniently connected by a corridor on the fourth floor. Located at the entrance of the town, it is right across from a gas station, a convenience store, and a fast-food restaurant that stays open until 10 PM. The restaurant on the first floor of the hotel is decent. Dinner portions are generous, though the variety is limited. Breakfast, however, requires a longer wait. The staff are friendly and approachable. Overall, this hotel provided a great accommodation experience."
