「Ivan was very helpful, effective and prompt in communication, very quickly responded to all our questions. The location was in the very south of the city in a nice, safe and quite neighborhood of Calgary. There's a bus stop nearby as well as Sobeys grocery store (walk distance of 20 min). The apartment was very clean, all appliances and utensils in good condition. Bathroom was clean and new. 「It was quiet. The bed is a small Queen/Full size, but we know this is common when we travel to Canada. When we arrived there were two "bath towels" neither of which were fit to be called towels. One was bleach stained (no, not tie dyed LOL), which we used as a bath mat, and the other was stained and frayed. I texted them and asked for towels, they answered promptly.
