No check-in as the property is privately owned and managed. He was responsive via text in the expedia app. Room and bathroom was very clean except for the box spring and under the bed needed vacuuming. Sheets were worn and wrinkled but the bed and covers were very comfortable. The fireplace didn't work. Bear spray and umbrella available which was a very nice touch. Frig is large and clean. Kitchenette was great but we ate out, and used the microwave sparingly, and appreciated the convenience. We didn't message the host about the small things but next time attention to the bed sheets and thoroughly cleaning around the bed would be an easy fix. The shower /tub was larger than average with shelves for items, and really nice at the end of hike.

The location was convenient and had all of the basic essentials you would need. The onsite jacuzzi was a welcomed treat after a day of biking.

We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very clean and organized. The property has great amenities, there’s a new restaurant/bar, the pool is very nice, a liquor store, and an extensive spa. The host was great and super helpful, the main door code to get to the building wasn’t listed in the instructions, so we had to go through the underground parking (which someone had to open for us, the door wasn’t opening that night automatically. The next day it was) I messaged the host and he provided a code for the door fairly quickly. Side note though, the room is on the smaller side, it look a lot bigger in the pictures. This isn’t a big deal though as I feel the features make up for it. Just a heads up. Overall would definitely stay again!

My husband and I loved the small suite we rented it was cozy and perfect for the two of us. I would recommend this rental to my friends and family. Easy location for getting around Canmore for shopping. Parking underground is beneficial however when you drive a pick up truck parking can be a challenge

Tough to get a hold of owner when code wouldn’t work on the garage. Luckily the front desk gave us one that worked but we had to go through the garage every time, even on foot. Very cute room, was clean and location was great. Overall a great stay!

Avoid like the plague

Terrible stay. Will never go again to this place. Over charged and under delivered, overwhelming amount of useless communication about how to get to the property and into it, with not a single mention of the elevator being out of order since March 3, 2025 and the five flights of stairs needed to get to your not well marked room. The fact that this “hotel” that sounds like Hair followed by BNB is listed on hotels.com is aggravating- I am looking for a hotel on this app not what I got conned into. The fact that they falsely claim this is an apartment is an absolute disgrace. Their listing is very confusing and very deceptive. Avoid this rip off and stay at a known name hotel and save your $$.

Definitely was not what was advertised was quite disappointed, the room didn’t have a balcony, nor did it have a smart TV just a lil dinky one, the bed was not a king but two smaller beds pushed together. Also the parking if you don’t get there early enough you may or may not get a parking stall cause there are not assigned spots and you’ll end up parking outside on the street. Wouldn’t come back and would recommend staying else where.
