i was disappointed about no pool or hottub and when i told them that was why i was cancelling my other 2 days the manager tried to make it sound like it was the quests fault, like it was mine. and i still not sure if they gave me bk my deposit. so yes this experience sucked.

Didn’t say at Expedia that all guests are required to present an ID. My husband left his and they had him sent a passport instead to their email. Second day, they locked us our of our room because of their failed communication among the staff that my husband’s ID was already forwarded. The place was noisy. Screaming kids in the wee hours of the night, you can hear doors slammed at the neighbouring rooms, it has a musty smell and the toilet still has some discoloration on it, and the bed sheet has a tear. First and last time that we’ll be staying here.

So we arrived in Calgary at night and we had a hard time finding the property the GPS was not helping but we did eventually find it and the property did cost to make sure we were coming. Check in went smoothly there was no issues when we got to the room I didn't notice it right away but our view was of the rooftop air conditioning unit and I didn't notice it right away but our window to our room was screwed shut which is fine I understand it's a roof on the second floor but somebody had already tried to open the window because the room was extremely hot and there's no thermostat on the wall there is a wall air conditioner but it told you not to touch it and use the wall thermostat that doesn't exist the coffee pot in our room was also broken you would try to make a cup of coffee and you would get an inch of water or an inch of coffee in the cup even though I did it properly and I've used these coffee pots a million times the coffee machine is broken I told the lady at the counter when I checked out and she said she would take care of it as I was leaving I left a bag beside my car by mistake and I called as soon as I realized it was missing and I was told to call back at a later time to talk to housekeeping I explained the situation but the gentleman that answered didn't want to try to assist me you just told me to call back the next day at 11:00 and talk to housekeeping although the bag was left outside and not inside. In general it was clean it was sufficient the price was r

The worst possible hotel in Calgary. Disgustingly dirty, extremely low quality. Very poorly managed hotel. It is so dirty that, without sleepers cant walk on the floor. Washroom is disgusting, stained all over in hotel room. Phone has nu buttons. Electric switch are taped , writing do not touch. Never ever will stay and recommend this disgusting gotel to anyone

Stay was Terrible, hallway smelt like cigarette, elevators were sketchy and dirty and barely work. There was a massive party in the event room playing music until 3 am with drunk people wondering around puke in the parking lot. Parking lot was in awful shape. Do not recommend staying here.

This property is dirty and not well kept. The entrance was trashy and unappealing due to high grass and dead trees. The load music all hours of the night made sleep not possible. Overall, we never stay here again.

Property is severely outdated. Everything is falling apart. Horel had a smell. Witnessed staff walking up and down hallway with febreeze bottle. Ice machine on our floor also did not work.

We had booked solely on the purpose of the pool for the kids. When we checked in the lady mentioned it was closed for maintenance and would be open at 9am. In the late evening doors were continually being banged down the hall so we did not have a pleasant sleep. The bed has very little support and the floor was sticky and wet in multiple areas so we had to wear our shoes in tbe room. 9 am came and we went down to the pool. It had out of order on the door and tbe maintenance man had come over to say it was not safe to swim in pool. What a waste of 200 dollars for what was suppose to be a family night of fun and swimming. Also the ice machine was not on our floor as per the map on the back of the door for emergency purposes. Will not book here again.

The service was absolutely fantastic. But the sweets are very outdated and the first unit was filthy. They were accommodating and moved us to a better suite which was clean, but still very outdated as well. In our opinion, this hotel, most definitely needs to be completely renovated from top to bottom. The TVs are also outdated and only have a few channels and pictures isn’t very clear. Old and damaged/dented appliances (fridge, microwave, etc..). Hallways also were extremely hot as if they had the heat on and not the air conditioningin +30 weather outside. The pool was apparently under renovation and unusable. The smell right when you walk in was disgusting in the lobby. (fishy, etc..). There was a wedding going on and it was very very loud and one can hear it throughout almost the entire hotel so there is no separation of conference center./Ballroom in order to provide all guests with a comfortable stay because it created a tremendous noise for the entire evening into the late night. Most definitely was not worth $200 for one night. Do not intend to stay here again. But would like to thank the staff for being providing kind and accommodating customer service at all times throughout our stay.
