"Called ahead to tell desk that check in would be late in evening; after Silver Wood closing. When arrived at motel they had given room to someone else. Claimed new person screwed up. Came up with another room that was a dump. No soap or shampoo, shower was filthy. Never again..."

"Rooms were clean, breakfast was standard what is served in other holiday inn chains"

"Apparently the fridge in the room wasn’t working because in the morning the food we had put in there was spoiled. I attempted to contact on 3 separate occasions explaining the issue. Two times the manager wasn’t in and I was told to call back (mind you, the manager should have called me back, not expect me to call). The third time I was placed on hold for the manager for FIFTEEN minutes, and then the call was ended. I am done wasting my time trying to call again to get some sort of compensation...

"Our first time in Spokane visiting family and stayed for 5 days. Love the facilities and staffs. We rest comfortably every night with out loud noises. Would stay here again."
