「The rest of the guests were mostly long term residents and extremely rude and obnoxious. They sit around gossiping outside short term guests rooms, knock on the door and then run away. The room itself was so dirty, I went and got tapestries and fabric to put over the furniture and used a tarp over the bed I wasn't using and the bedding had holes in it and didn't look clean and felt terrible. 「Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.」

「No frills no thrills, basic hotel to sleep. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and a great place if you are just spending a night or 2. Remember to bring your shampoo and body soap and luckily we had places planned for breakfast like moose jaws and Paul Bunyans」

「It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). 」
