「The desk clerk was rude. She answered my question before I could ask it. We were not given the room we booked through Expedia and were told that it was not advisable to book with third-party vendors. So, I said, “Okay, we also booked a room directly with Element, and we still didn’t get the room we booked.” The clerk responded that we were only staying for one night. It didn’t matter; we had paid for a room and should have received it. If not, she should had offered a discount rate.」

「The service is not warm .the room facilities and simple.the bath towels are too old and smelly.The sheets and pillows are too old and seem to have not been replaced」

「由於從台灣到此出差，有14小時時差，除了工作時間外，常在房間休息。 然而因為房間的隔音效果差，在房間休息時常受其他房間開關門聲影響，其他房客在走廊上嬉鬧顯的吵雜。 又房間內的WIFI訊號不是很穩定，使用通訊軟體打電話時常斷訊。 房間內的微波爐建議擺放簡易說明書。 櫃台服務很好，快速退房也很方便。 自機場抵達及離開時皆能快速安排車輛接駁很方便。」

「Room was very large and comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the breakfast with lots of options. Some concerns about other guests we saw but no issues arose as we were up early and back on the road before most others were up. Although the pool was overrun at night with guests seeming there just for that.」
