A beautiful historical hotel with Hot tub, pool and a great rooftop bar. It’s right across the street from the River, and most down town Restaurants and attractions are easily walkable including The Figge Art Museum, and the Adler Theater. I would love to stay here again.

This hotel is in excellent condition. The lobby is beautiful, welcoming and modern. The double hotel room has more than enough room for two. I would stay again.

The hotel is amazing. The staff from check in and including any I had contact with were great. The area surrounding the hotel is not great but that’s a city issue not the hotel. If back in Davenport I’d book this hotel immediately

In town for a Bandits game so location was convenient for walking to ballpark. Very clean comfortable room. Shower very difficult to figure out and tub was very slippery to stand in. Disappointed with food options within hotel, but lots of other choices within walking distance.

My wife and I stayed at The Current Hotel in Davenport IA in room 510 Friday the 7th to Sunday the 9th. I just wanted to say that I was not happy with our stay at the Current Hotel. A big part of booking the Current hotel was the fact that you have a bidet in the restrooms as my wife prefers the cleanliness of them. When we got there on Friday it was inoperable and the front desk seemed attentive and they attempted to be helpful. They said they would be sending someone up to fix it at 11:30 on Saturday but maintenance never came up to fix it. Saturday morning when my wife was in the shower the entire restroom flooded and I was unable to shower as I was too busy trying to clean up the water before any damage happened. The shower had drained by the end of day Saturday but when I attempted to shower that night, the shower started to overflow. To sum it up, two of the main amenities were not functioning right and we had to shower at my family's house. I am only messaging so late after the stay as we had to fly back home.

Unfortunately, we had a few issues with both Marriott hotels this weekend however, the manager of this establishment, as well as the young lady that was at the desk last night Sunday night was absolutely top-notch and customer service. They were kind they were polite and they were extremely patient as I was a bit of a hot mess and they took care of me better than anybody has in years in a hotel stay so they had a few amenities that were not working due to staffing however, they were completely apologetic and kind and we will go back to this hotel. It is a beautiful hotel. Well decorated rooms and beds are awesome. Highly recommend this hotel for a downtown area. Absolutely beautiful.

It is early to write a review, since I just checked in. But so far I like what I see. This is my first visit to this fine town. The hotel is old, but recently updated. Rooms are spacious and clean. Decor is tasteful. Check in clerk was very friendly. So far, I feel like we made a good choice!

Very nice property in general. We were looking forward to the rooftop bar...closed for a private party. Room was nice but the shower had visible dirt. And wow , was it slippery and the body wash bottle was empty so I had to exit to get a bar of soap. . The heated toilet seat was wonderful!.
