「This hotel was poorly taken care of 10/10 would NOT recommend! We took our kids there on our way to vacation and got in to the room late. There was a roach that ran across the desk as soon as we walked in and turned the lights on. There was mold on the ceiling, the smoke detector was literally missing just the exposed wires was present, the floors were unswept and disgusting (toe nails in the corner, food wrappers, etc.), there were gnats in the fridge, Ethernet boxes with no cover plate, and it...

「The hotel's website said there was "self parking" available. What this means is that you pay $30 per night at a lot across the street from the hotel. The infuriated me. In addition, there was NOTHING in the room about guest services, checkout time, room service, menu for the on-site restaurant, not a shred of information about restaurants or other places to visit nearby. That is useful information to me. It almost felt like the hotel was run by robots.」
