"Staff were welcoming from the time we checked in. The location was convenient and the hotel has plenty of amenities - from the basketball court to games to borrow to a pretty well-stocked breakfast - we were comfortable and had fun. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. "

"The doors and walls had dirt smudges all over the place. The bathroom door jam was jacked up. TV channel changer seemed to work intermittently"

"I didn't actually get to stay here because Hotels.com never conveyed my reservation to the hotel. After and hour and a half sitting in the lobby, I was finally re-directed to a different hotel. However, the front desk staff were absolutely supportive and sympathetic, so 5 stars for them. The place also looked great, although I only saw the lobby."

"We liked the location--close to the harbor, Liberty Station and Mission Bay. Parking was easily available close to our room and parking fee was reasonable ($10/day). Room was pretty basic but clean and had everything we needed. Property is very close to the airport, but we weren't bothered by the noise. They do provide earplugs, but we didn't need them; I think the A/C acts as white noise. My only complaint is that there wasn't a lot of table space--we brought in breakfast and had to eat it on the bed. All in all, I would definitely stay here again."

"This was like paradise without the paradise price. The rooms were so cute and cozy, the pool area was like being in a tropical oasis, they have a fully stocked bar along with some cute kids drinks too! The location of this hotel is right in between the marina and the bay so your views all around are spectacular. I can’t say enough great things about this place"
