Staff, especially desk clerk on Monday evening (April 29) was very helpful and friendly. We would have liked to have been given more information on the breakfast. When they said continental breakfast, we thought it would just be rolls and maybe juice. And we didn't know where it was until we asked. We found there was much more than we expected, but by then we didn't have time to eat. We had been there once before, so they may have thought we knew..

The staff were all very friendly and welcoming. It is a smaller hotel but worked for what we needed it to. Parking was very limited so we had a harder time finding a spot in their designated lots. Room was good size. Great room for the price paid.

We switched from another local hotel due to changing appointments. The Aspen did not disappoint, beds were very comfortable compared to the first hotel. Very convenient just to walk across the street to the appointment. Also no additional parking fees. Will definitely stay here again.

Service was good, like the cookies. Temperature in the room was to high and there is no way for controlling it. Towel were rough same with kleenex and toilet paper.

I did not like how hot the room was. When we arrived it was 72-74, we turned the thermostat down to 66 but the temp did not change. The AC was not available to use. I talked to the receptionist when we left and she said we would have needed to turn the heat off. I wish we would have known that sooner

Upon check in room was warm. Went to dinner, came back and the room had not cooled off. Attempted to call front desk but no answer. Had not slept yet at 3 am, so showered and that only made it worse. Called front desk. They brought a fan up and finally to sleep around 4:30 am. Had appt at Mayo, came back and moved rooms. Before setting up room, went to the bathroom, then toilet wouldn’t flush. So, we moved rooms for the third time which was much cooler and comfortable. Staff worked with us the best they could, but we unfortunately won’t be staying there again.

Nice Plan and very convenient for patients
love that the sheets and blankets do not smell like chemicals; green cleaning is great. The glass along the wall allows for all noises (people walking down hallway talking, and one of the workers decided to stand in front of my window at 6 a.m. and have a long conversation about the heating system that was being repaired on the various floors. The black out curtains don't blackout the bright lights that stay on in the hallway and allow light in. The cookies were yummy in the evening, although one night they got away from the baker and were burnt. The next night, delicious. This is a Continental breakfast and there were a lot of choices for people with no dietary restrictions or do not want tons of sugars or carbs in their diet. The area was clean thouh This was a very convenient location. I had two vehicles and they charge $10 for an additional parking space, although there was plenty of parking available in the back of the building. The lobby is very small; looks a lot bigger in the photos. The cleaning staff is very nice, and I gave my old towels to them and they gave me new ones. I didn't need to have my room cleaned, which he seemd happy about. Always leave a tip for your cleaning

This is an older but well kept property, and our first stay. We usually stay at the Aspen Suites (next door), but it was unavailable. The breakfast was fine, but no hot food offered with the exception of toast. I’d stay here again.
