「Historically my husband and I have been staying at this resort for YEARS. This was the last though - here is why: they kept charging my credit card fraudulent fees - I mean in excess. Expedia says I can’t mention prices - it was to the point my credit card company called me to alert theft concern. And 1 of the reasons Sonesta stated for these charges was “that you booked through a 3rd party app” But we prepaid in FULL And they kept changing the reasons or not providing any explanation...

「Room is old, bathtub is rusted, caulking around toilet was black. The room smells like no one lives in it for a while. While it rained, the water overflow to the door. The only pleasant thing was the staff was really nice and helpful. I don't think I will go back again unless they make some improvement」

「The only reason for four stars instead of five is because the corridors open to the outside, which means no air conditioning, and the elevators also had no air conditioning. It was quite hot outside so that made the space a bit stifling. Everything was clean, however. The location was great and close to a lot of places we wanted to go. The staff was very helpful and friendly.」
