「Because of the parking problem, I went to bed at 2 a.m. Because of the attitude of the other party in handling the problem, I left a message to the hotel on Google. The hotel replied that they had no problem. Being rude and providing a solution are two different things. It is not rude just because the solution is unreasonable. I talked to the girl at the front desk, but she ignored me. It was like they didn't care about anything after you paid! An Indian lady's attitude was relatively good....
「This hotel’s location is ultra-convenient, and the river running directly in front of it is beautiful. Our room was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The pool is nice, especially if you’re traveling with kids. The bathroom is on the small side, which may present some difficulty for anyone assisting a small child with bathing. It wasn’t a problem for our family, though. Would stay here again.」
