"We stayed 8 days. Given it’s a long stay I need the room at least vacuum and clean the washroom after 3 or 4 days., Requested to clean this suite. Vacuum and clean the toilet at least. But just tidying and change towels. My hair are still on the floor around toilet and the room. They forgot to replace toilet mat. Disappointing stay. "

"All the staff was excellent. The food in the restaurant was excellent. Also, my room and its amenities were great. I’ll say it again all the staff were excellent when I were there. I’d recommend this hotel to anybody. In fact, I’m coming back next year again on Mother’s Day and I have my room already booked on Mother’s Day. Everybody in my group also thought it was great.
