"Hotel was vey nice and clean. Restaurants were decent. My only complaint was that my TV channels were only in Spanish. Asked front desk to send someone to fix it 3 times. It wasn’t fixed until day 3 of our trip."

"Un beau hotel et surtout bien entretenu. Le buffet n’est pas assez diversifié, aucun fruit de mer. Une partie du buffet est souvent fermée, manque de personnel. Le peu de personnel n’est pas assez souriant, sympathique. Coté spectacle, aucun pendant toute la semaine. C’est souvent un DJ à l’extérieur, uniquement de la musique latine aucune diversification. La piscine est très propre et bien entretenue."

"The rooms were clean, and the staff was very accommodating. The food was hit or miss, with some meals being better than others. One of the biggest drawbacks was the pool design. The pool was about 5’3” deep throughout, which made getting drinks from the poolside bars inconvenient. Instead of being able to walk up to the bar, you basically had to swim over. Once you got a drink, it was difficult to swim away while holding it, so most people ended up staying around the bar area. This caused the pool bars to be consistently overcrowded."

"The property was well maintained and beautiful at every turn. There was constant activities and games available. The staff was amazing. The amenities were emaculate! Claudia and Laura were super friendly at check-in and throughout. Ronny and Erik were great entertainment 👌 and Desi made the 🍸. Will definitely recommend and return! The food at every restaurant was on point and the café had so many options! Room service and all....LOVED IT!"

"Beautiful resort, 24 hour room service. Impeccably clean. All staff were so kind and very welcoming. I don’t usually revisit places/ hotels, but TRA Yucatan, I could definitely do again. They treated me like royalty for my birthday!"
