"The room was already paid for by my father but I was charged for the room again. There was an additional $90 charged to my card on top of the incidental fee of $75, despite me explaining that the room was paid for. This is unacceptable at a Hilton."

"The shower was awful. Very low water pressure and water scalding hot. Could not adjust to get cooler water. My husband called the front desk. They offered to move us although they did not have a room comparable to the one we were in. We made do but someone is going to get seriously burned. Our friends were in another room and did not have this problem. Although they did complain about the water pressure "

"Excellent stay at a fairly new hotel. Everything was clean and neat and new. We wish the bathroom had towel racks and a few more glasses in the kitchenette. Some wine glasses, please. Really, quite lovely. "
