「When we arrived we were greeted by a smiling face and friendly. Stacey was very efficient and informative. Once we checked in, our cover was ripped, dirty towels in the closet draw. No security downstairs when we arrived late. Location is great.」

「Fire alarm went off around midnight and as people were exiting building the staff person sat behind desk. You had a hard time even seeing him back there. Never came outside the whole time fire dept was there. We had no guidance on what was happening or even where to stand or go. Ladder truck went up to roof so we know there must have been a reason. Everyone was wondering after trucks left where staff was. No staff in lobby at all. Again no guidance at all that it was ok to come back in. We did...Linda

「The mattress we slept on was horrible. It was lumpy and couldn’t get a good night sleep. The other problem was the mattress was tilted down towards the headboard so we had to sleep at the opposite end.」John
