「It's good」

「客房是乾淨的，但有兩隻類似蜈蚣的蟲…」

「The best breakfast ever! However, there was a dirty fork in the sink when we went into the room, and also a pill was found on the bathroom floor.」

「There were many children playing and making noise late into the night, making it very difficult to get proper rest. I really hope this issue can be improved. Also, it’s quite unacceptable that overnight guests are required to pay a full parking fee. If this were in downtown San Diego, where parking is limited, the charge would be more understandable. However, since this is in a newly developed area, it’s harder to justify the cost.」

「OK」

「The staff were fantastic. The hallway had a weird smell. The room is pretty dated but acceptable. My biggest complaint is the hotel's WiFi. The connection is unstable, and the speed is super slow. 」

「Good」

「The water in the shower was lukewarm. The toilet was loose off the ground called and told them nobody came to deal with it when they clean the rooms. They just do the bed and put sheet towel towels. They don’t take out the garbage or anything like that and nothing was swept.」
